The 9060 reinterprets familiar elements of the 99X with a visionary sensibility, inspired by the visibly technological and proudly futuristic aesthetic of the Y2K era. The sway bars, borrowed from the 990, have been expanded and used throughout the upper to convey a sense of visible motion, while the wavy lines and scaled proportions on the sculpted midsole place exaggerated emphasis on the familiar ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms.
