Nato esattamente l’8 dicembre del 2005 dall’esigenza di offrire i prodotti Smooth al pubblico del centro di Perugia ed ai tanti turisti che lo visitano ogni anno. Inizialmente situato al n.13 di Via Oberdan, ben presto ha avuto necessità di ampliamento e si è spostato al n.17 sempre di Via Oberdan.
