La Carhartt Rayley Vest è realizzata in resistente tela di cotone impermeabile Dearborn. La giacca è inoltre imbottita e foderata di taffetà di poliestere riciclato. Internamente presenta una tasca sul petto, sul davanti presenta quattro tasche impreziosite da rivetti metallici. Il modello è impreziosito da un’etichetta quadrata in pelle sintetica.
