Between the mid-70s and the late 80s, Vans Needlework shoes became a real popular phenomenon: for the first time, Vans made custom shoes from fabrics supplied by its customers.
A tribute to the originality and craftsmanship of the needlepoint art, the Needlework Anaheim Factory Authentic 44 DX is made with a loose weave canvas similar to that of the embroidery sets. With whimsical vintage serifs, embroidery and a texture that encourages the wearer’s embroidery skills, this classic low-top enhances the concept behind the same pattern “We start it, you finish it” enhances the ultimate freedom to create, enjoy and 100% customize this silhouette.
This lace-up style also includes an improved Ortholite® insole, a taller shiny ribbon and cotton laces.
