Per il 120° anniversario di Isetan, l’artista francese André, ha creato questo Bearbrick Set speciale in collaborazione con Medicom Toy.
Il Be@rbrick rappresenta lo stile dei graffiti dell’artista, il suo tratto ed i suoi colori tipici si ritrovano sia sulla superficie dell’orso che sulla scatola.
Isetan è un grande magazzino giapponese. Con sede a Shinjuku, Tokyo, Isetan ha filiali in tutto il Giappone e nel Sud-Est asiatico, tra cui Bangkok, Jinan, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Shanghai, Singapore e Tianjin, e precedentemente a Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Londra e Vienna.
André Saraiva (alias Monsieur André e Monsieur A; conosciuto come André, è un graffitista, attore e regista, albergatore e ristoratore svedese. Nato il 2 luglio 1971 a Uppsala, Svezia, dove i suoi genitori portoghesi erano fuggiti dal regime militare di Salazar. Sua madre era traduttrice e suo padre pittore. André si trasferì a Parigi all’età di 10 anni, e iniziò l’arte dei graffiti all’età di tredici anni.

For the 120th anniversary of Isetan, the french artist André, has now created these Bearbrick set in collaboration with Medicom Toy in 2006.
The Be@rbrick represents the style of the graffiti of the artist, its trait and its typical colors are found both on the surface of the Bearbrick and on the packaging.
Isetan is a Japanese department store. Based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Isetan has branches throughout Japan and South East Asia, including in Bangkok, Jinan, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Shanghai, Singapore and Tianjin, and formerly in Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, London, and Vienna.
André Saraiva (aka Monsieur André and Monsieur A; known monomymously as André, is a Swedish graffiti artist, actor and director, hotelier, and restaurant operator. Born 2 July 1971 in Uppsala, Sweden, where his Portuguese parents had fled the military regime of Salazar. His mother was a translator and his father was a painter. André moved to Paris at the age of 10, and started graffiti art at the age of thirteen
