Il nome “Tweety” è un gioco di parole, nato dall’unione tra “sweetie” e “tweet”, un’onomatopea inglese per i suoni degli uccelli.
Nel 1996, Tweety è apparso nel lungometraggio, Space Jam, con il leggendario giocatore di basket Michael Jordan.
Il Bearbrick indossa la divisa bianca della “Tune Squad”, proprio come nel film.
