Nella parte inferiore dei piedi è stampata la sigla Medicom Toy 2004. Questo Kaws Companion è stato utilizzato per mostre ed esposizioni quindi presenta segni di usura. Viene venduto insieme alla scatola e all’imballaggio di protezione in plastica. Conservato in magazzino. Serie limitata. Rarissimo.
