Nel 2016 Medicom Toy ha dedicato uno speciale Bearbrick 100% in occasione della festa di Halloween, vestito come il moralista sadico manichino ventriloquo di SAW IV. Venduto in una speciale confezione, questo Be@rbrick 100% SAW IV, ha i tipici gli occhi sanguigni, il fiocco rosso e le guance rosse.
